Amnesia is being slow

I don't know what was up with the title there..

I want to play Amnesia on my piece of crap laptop. I find that it does pretty well unless there's fog or a lot of torches around. I can usually play on my desktop but I still want to be able to play with exceptional frame-rates on my laptop. I play on the resolution of 800x600, 2x AA, Medium textures, everything else on low or off. My drivers are up to date, and here are my specs.

Intel HD Graphics (not 3000, might be 2000 but I don't see a number anywhere)
Intel Pentium P6100
4 GB / DDR3 RAM
