Upside down graphics I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING

Believe me when I say I've done EVERYTHING to get it fixed. My computer is totally able to play the game correctly, my drivers are updated, and since I am running a Toshiba none of the tips from the original forum to help with this situation will help me. I've tried downloading all sorts of crap to help and it does nothing.

The only thing is that it has a double vision thing where it's right side up AND upside down so I have no idea how to get it to work. I've downloaded patches that only made it worse, I got it from steam so the patches i've downloaded were for non-steam related downloads.

HELP!

Try turning off some of the post-effects in graphics options.
