That part about prying the door off with a steel rod was a nice touch. I like how the player has to do stuff all by himself instead of watching his character doing it for him.

I think he mashes the ceiling (behind the book shelf) with something and escapes that way.

he moved that shelve and there was a vent. we've all seen him go through vents. quite possible he went in there.

Black plague uses the same engine as Overture. So likely the same system requirements; might even run alittle better with improvements to the engine (if any)
