[LVL ED] Can I insert pictures in Amnesia on Level Editor?

Can I insert pictures in the level editor somehow? I've played these custom stories where there are for example writing on the wall etc.

You can make custom billboards with the Material Editor. You can find the proper settings in the original Amnesia billboards.
