I think the term you were looking for is Historical Accuracy
But aside from me being a dick, I think you go a little too far there. I mean, people who make a little village always include at least a Church (cause its horror, don'cha know?), so your criteria is already filled, and they'll probably be including a Lord's Manor, since Lord's and Manor's are defining essences of both England (i would know, i live there!) and poor quality Amnesia CS's. Developing it to the level of accuracy of number of people living in a village between the years 1000 - 1200 AD based on records of family sizes per abode... I mean I'm all for historical accuracy, but thats just too far, even without taking into account the technical and design considerations.
I mean, even if they were to tailor their design to your spec, if said village perched rather pleasingly on a cliff, do you want them to add in a full village with 80 houses plus the huge amount of surrounding countryside that is taken up by the farmland, just so that you can see what the village would have been there for, before you can get on with all the murders and such? Or would you rather have a few houses, closed in environment with a fetching background of cliffs, more houses etc, and a note saying "Wen't down t'tha farm today..." in order to explain with enough historical accuracy?
