Global objects

Is there any way to create global objects?

I've tried severall ways already.

Also, does AngelS support static local variables? It doesn't seem to.

Thanks for the help.

RE: Global objects

AngelScript doesn't support the keyword static for scripts.

You don't explain "global", so i can only guess at an answer.

I don't see what you mean by "global" objects, as the only way to transport items between maps is through the inventory.

Objects function fine between maps, and keep the same internal name as they go through. Scripts for them can be managed by creating an "inventory.hps" file in your maps folder. You can search that for more information.

I'm pretty sure he intends "object" to mean an instance of a class.

Yes, and there's no need for quoting. It's called object.
