I bought amnesia a while ago but lags to much when play it
is there anyway to get my money back

You should try decreasing you're graphics settings in options. Just set everything to low, disable SSAO, screen smoothing etc.

Uh, it's not their fault the game lags, it's your computer. Try lowering the graphics settings.

Probably a graphics/computer issue. Contact FG, they may give you a return.

You should have tested a demo.
In case you didn't know you use can use demo's to see if it will even run.

Try lowering the graphic settings and close any background programs. If that does not solve the problem, you probably have some issues with your hardware.
