Also I can't say I've played your stories Skashi but it seems to me you use ALOT of ripped content, I see stories here and there which migh have a ripped model and a downloaded song, but your stories seem to be entierly focused on the fact that you rip models.

Skashi, if you're still planning on doing this despite the debate in this thread, you should consider using Mark Metzger's story from Bioshock 2 if you haven't already thought of a good storyline. Seems as though it could have a lot of potential

If you own Bioshock(THAT's the only option he has for doing what he's doing unless the situation is worse), you have the right to use the unarquived, uncompiled content for your own purposes. Distributing is always illegal. For further information just check the license terms bioshock is sold with.

You call that small risk? In your head, all that matters is the risk of being found by using illegal content? What about decency? What about using content from someone else without permission, does that sound right to you?

It would still be illegal, because simply ripping the models to begin with would require reverse engineering, which breaks 99 % of games User license agreements. And for these models to be turned into DAE files they must've been reverse engineered first.

Upon the purchase of a game you do not buy the rights to the content within the game itself, you're simply paying for a license to play the game.
