Missing Maya Toolbar?

I just got the free, student version of Maya 2011 yesterday. But I'm missing a toolbar. Here is what my Maya looks like: (circled part that's missing)

And this is what everyone's is supposed to look like:

I've Googled it but I don't know the name of the toolbar. I've also browsed around but can't find it either.. help?

Ba-da bing, ba-da boom.

it looks like youve scaled up the toolbar, making only a minor part of the first icon (in picture 2) visible. try to stretch the sidebar outwards, it might help

other than that im clueless

RE: Missing Maya Toolbar?

I found out the problem. Maya is too big for my screen size. By getting rid of the shelf/moving it to different places, the other tools in the toolbox started to peek out. Unfortunately, there's no option to make it bigger or smaller. Maybe because I got the 64-bit? I checked my system, it said it runs on 64-bit though.. I'll look into it.
