Nepsis custom story bug

I seem to have gotten stuck at a point in the game, down in what appears to be torture chambers. I looked up a playthrough on youtube to see what I had to do next and noticed a bug in the map that I seem to have but nobody on youttube does.
I have a laptop running windows 7, verified that my Justine update is running correctly because the specs of the story say it must be.
I hope this can be resolved without having to restart, I worked hard to get this far.

Really the only thing I could think of that would cause that is not having the Justine pack. It could be a map cache errors, in which case you'll want to go into the maps folder in Nepsis and delete any map files that end with .cache.

What kman is saying here, is "Update Amnesia to 1.2.".

I have 1.2,
but I can try deleting the cache files
