Amnesia Serial number

I downloaded the Justine patch and now it asks me to put a serial number. I don't know what it is. I bought the game from Steam and I didn't get any serial number. Any help?

If you bought the game from steam, the Justine Patch should automatically install itself, and you have no need to download the patch.

The serial key you need to use btw, is the one used to install the redist version of the original game.

Should I uninstall the game and install it again? I didn't get the Justine Patch from Steam when I bought Amnesia.

Steam has already Justine installed. Uninstall the game and reinstall it. Then do a file integrity check.

Something weird happened. I got to that water part and a monster killed, then the game closed and I opened Amnesia again and I my saves was gone, I had to start again.. (I was playing Justine)

That's how Justine works. It is said in the intro notes. If you die, you have to start over.
