Get your .mp3. Open Audacity. Select File>Open.. and open your .mp3 file. Select File>Export>Ogg Vorbis and it should spit it out in .ogg format. Select it to be tossed onto your desktop to find it easier. Open custom_stories>NameOfYourStory and make a new folder called Music. Throw in your new converted .ogg file. Now open your .hps and use the same function you were using before. Make sure the music name matches in the .hps as it does in the music folder. If that doesn't work, I don't know what happened. Is your volume too quiet, maybe? Change the volume value to 0.8.

I already did those steps with him. With Audacity. For some reason it doesn't work.
Are you sure you turned up the music fx in the game itself?
