Diablo 3

Spoiler below!
So I killed Diablo last night, co-op with my buddy we were level 30, so Diablo was pretty damn hard, but we got him, I'm a witch doctor, level 33, playing through nightmare at the moment.

Anyway I was wondering what some of you thought about the game, in my opinion I think the game is incredible, great story line, loving the voice acting, and in having so much fun!

In the end you beat Diablo.
Okay, so now that you've spoiled the ending, I don't have to play it.

I don't think Diablo is that obvious. I was looking forward to fighting Tyrael as the final boss, but now that I know that there's no plot twists involved, I definitely won't play it, even if it's ever released for offline play. It's Diablo 2, if they would turn up the colours and stream it via a flash site for a couple of years, before taking the game away from you and go "Ha ha! Your 99 Level Paladin is deleted from our servers now. Fuck you!".

apart from the story line, even though it's a good one, I love the playstyle of the game, I thrive in games to complete them in the highest of difficulties, sorry again about not thinking about what I typed lol

RE: Diablo 3

From what I can tell, Diablo 3 removes all player choice from character development. No thanks, I'll stick to Diablo and Diablo 2.

RE: Diablo 3

I don't like the game genre in general, but I wanted to give it a try anyways. (Only genuine interest was their cinematics, and the 4th one was really disappointing)

Story was rushed way to damn fast and was extremely short. Theirs like 10-15 minutes of story if you remove the combat. I don't understand Blizzard's philosphy with this 2012 release. The same number of acts with equivelant or less *content* than its predecessors that were released over 12 & 16 years ago?

You can easily rush normal withen 2 hours and buy everything off the RMAH. Crafting or looting is almost useless now.

I got bored after killing Azmodan on Nightmare, I don't like repeating same content unless theirs a actual reason other than increased mobs HP & Damage... It's not even fun trying to kill them.

I would like some PvP, but ya... No PvP, like the only reason I play BF3 is because I love killing NPCs all day long.

Edit: Uggh lame excuse to get rid of Tyrael's original voice (Ed Trotta). Stupid story.

That's already happening, it's just not Blizzard doing it. I expect this sort of thing to increase when Blizzard get's the Auction up and running and real money becomes involved:
