Not sure if glitch or broken foot

Today I noticed that in one of the prison cells, there was a dead body (no surprise there). But his foot was broken. The guy was facing down on some low table thing, but his foot was completely the other way, facing up.

I will try to get a screenshot later.

That's probably just a weird physics bug caused by the fact that a lot of the dead bodies are rag dolls (or at least that's what it sounds like the problem is).
