Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago How to remove a strip at the vertical sync

How remove it?You see when i set vert. sync 60fps it lagg but when i remove a fps limit in Documents and it shows me 300fps,but when im dying or saving it appears strips how remove it?
