Yeah, I'll need to explain won't I?
Developing Eternium, and not just the prologue but also the chapters one through three has made me realize not only my potential as a mapper, having come from:
Outdoor Environments
Indoor Environments
In a period of about 3/4 months, but also as a scripter, coming from having been unable to script even a monster appearing to much more advanced scripts that create tension and terror, in a period of a month.
This, however, was not the only reason I wanted to stop the chapters of Eternium (and whilst I shall finish the Prologue), but the reason was because I had grown tired of it, it had become a burden. I decided to abandon it in favour of advancing my skills more, as well as starting a new mod which I hope to be as definitive as White Night, as well as being able to truly create open world environments in HPL2 which had always been my goal, and the new version of the HPL2 engine as well as new assets should allow for this.
I do repeat, the PROLOGUE is not being stopped, only the further chapters.
Thank you if you read this all.
