Tried downloading it earlier and it was missing a file. Re-downloaded and was missing the same file. I'm trying it again and if it doesn't work this time Paradox Interactive (who operate the GamersGate direct download service) will be getting one hell of an angry email.
It seems a lot of people have been having problems with them.

I have downloaded 60% of the game, when did it mess up for you?

It seemed to download fine. You know the way it goes through downloading each package. Then when it came to 40 of 40 it just zips through it and...well there's no .bin file in the download directory with a 40 or even a setup file.
When I click the install button a DOS style window with setup.exe title appears for a split second and then disappears. As I said, I'll try it a third time.

Do you have that .net framework 2 thing?

I do indeed. If my reading of this is correct I wouldn't have been able to even run the program without it.

Oh, wait. I guess that wouldn't be the problem.

It could just be missing one file. We could allways ask the developers here to send it to us.

Well we'll see if it works for you. If not, it could be a problem with the downloader. If it does work, then it may be something on my end.

If it's a simple game file(do you know the name of the file?) we could probably post it here for you as a temporary fix. But gamer's gate wraps the games in a protection software so chances are it's not something we can help you with.
