Frankly speaking though, I don't think you'll often be in need of overclocking that card at all.
Just the review, they probaply overclocked it. so yes i think it`s bad cooler for overclocking

So now i have made my decisions thanks for the effort. Smile Never thought this forum would be this helpful.

RE: Cpu question

Yeah, that card's base power/performance should be enough for pretty much any general activity you'd be using with your computer. No need to push it to the limit for extra performance you won't be using.

Then i'd say you would be getting ripped off by it. Here in the US you can find a 7950 for ~$370 (e.g. this one). If one euro is $1.26, then 300 euro would be $379, which would make the price of the card within the budget. I don't know the exact exchange rate between the dollar and the euro, but the euro should be worth more than the dollar.

Damn your 7950s are cheap. The cheapest one I could find here in Taiwan was worth NT$12500, which converted to US dollars is $418. I doubt it's because it's imported because the ones sold by ASUS, a Taiwan based company, are even MORE expensive standing at almost NT$15000, which is around 500 US dollars.

That's not up to the motherboard to decide.

Give the US ten years. We may even beat Taiwan in inflation by then.

Ok, i wont reserve the card from there yet, simply get the 7850 that i have been offered. it`s not up that my mother board supports it or not. Cause it feels safer to reserve it from my own region. Tongue Sleepy
