[SOLVED] Low Graphics

Hi, my brother got the game for me and it wasn't working, it had the black screen problem, but i followed the guide and fixed it. I'm using a laptop (samsung qx411-w02ub) and the game was running on high settings very well, in the hpl file it says that the medium frame rate is 38.485285, but now i was going to play and the graphics were like low settings but the high setting is chosen, what may be the problem?

Intel HD 3000
Intel Core i5-2450M @2.5ghz
6gb DDR3 ram

you sure you updated your drivers?

that doesn't make sense, you are doing something wrong obviously. Try resetting the settings. If that does not help then go to Documents\Amnesia and delete the .cfg files

i fixed it, i changed from custom settings to auto on the intel control panel under the 3d section and it's everything fine now.
