Infected Corridors - Where Next? - Help

I got the 'substance container' and escaped from the Chemical Lab (ie.during the 'teminate' 2 min countdown by dodging through the narrow hallways) and now I'm back outside in the corridor.

The voice in my head is sayng, "I'm going to take you with me..." and everything is looking fuzzy and the zombie is catching me and killing me...

What do I need to do or go next???

OK - got it - just had to run around a lot, avoiding the zombie until I was able to find and enter the Examination Room.
