Custom Story Installation

I bought Amnesia off of Desura and I downloaded the custom story through the portal v2.1. I used winRAR to decompress the file. The only problem is that I don't know where to put the file to play the game. I followed the instructions in the read me file that came with it but it didn't work.

I think you have to extract all the folders/files from the rar file into Amnesia/redist and run a cmd(Bat) file called "Through the Portal" i guess..
