Autocomplete for Penumbra HPS scripting

So i made this autocomplete files for Notepad++ to use with Penumbra's map scripting files. Let me know if you find any typos or other mistakes and i try to fix them
The functions are copied from the HPL1 scripting reference and they should work with both Penumbra Overture and Black Plague but there may be some missing functions from Black Plague since it doesnt have any modding documentation.
