RE: Being Slender

WELL APPARENTLY SINCE THIS THREADS A LEGITIMATE THING NOW, I'm a little chubby, like 5-10 pounds over weight, but not enough for it to really be an issue for me. And I have no idea how tall I am, woo.

RE: Being Slender

So to answer my own question, I'm almost 170 cm, which is about 5'7, and I mass about slightly over 130 pounds.

RE: Being Slender

6' (180 cm) and about 175-180 lbs (80-82 kg).
I "filled out" so to speak around Grade 10. Prior to that, I was the same height and 120 lbs (54 kg).
I never had an issue with my size at all, because I've always been capable of running rather quickly.
Honing the latter portion of "Fight or Flight" in my early years.
Working at a hardware store throwing around 100 lb (45 kg)+ barbeques and gazebos all day helped me build muscle.
I've never seen being scrawny as a bad thing. Being extremely obese, though, is definitely bad.

I used to be somewhat overweight a while back (89 kg), but I lost quite a bit of it and now I'm 178 cm, and 72kg

RE: Being Slender

I'm in the total weight 222 lbs (101 kg.) and i just started on Weight Watchers for about 4 weeks now, since then i lost 15 lbs (7 kg.) and i'm loosing a total of 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg.) every week atm, i would definitely recommend that Smile the only thing that i've done is reconstructing my amounts of food and the type, it came as a shock for me when my mentor told me that i ate too less food for one of my size ._. but ever since she told me that everything started to change and i keep myself 100% to the program Smile
