How to rep people!

To rep people, simply click their current reputation value beneath their user name.

With the new window, simply click "Rate User"
It will than make another window, with 3 options.
Positive (+1) This obviously increases the reputation.
Neutral(0) Does nothing, simply allows you to place a comment on his page.
Negative(-1) This is used when someone flames or makes a very messy post. Also -repping people who dislike frictional games is greatly encouraged.

It's not like the rep system I had on my forum. You get "reputation points" from possting, then you "give" them to other users.

Though i think reputation is very unecessary, it has no point in a forum whatsoever.
