Okay,
So I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and Intel® HD Graphics. Everytime I try to download a compatible update and use the disk method, I receive the same error message everytime, which is this-

And when I click "Yes," I get this:

I am pretty sure I'm downloading the valid update for this; can someone please help?
(I'm using this download-

Make sure you really do run a 64-bit Windows. If you do, then try an earlier version of the driver in case there is something wrong with the latest release.

I made sure, and I run a 64 bit.
I tried it again this morning with a 32 bit, and it said the software wasn't compatible with a 64 bit computer (Obviously)
But I tried it again with the most recent 64 bit version and it still gives me the same error message. I also tried the older version of it, but it still gives me the same message.
Does it have something to do with this?
"ATTENTION: System does not support const arrays in glsl!"
I saw something about this in technical support, is this affecting why I can't update?

To be honest this is a question that you should ask over at intel. All these guides say is: update your drivers. The game has nothing to do with your problem updating the Intel HD drivers.

This should be the driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_...pe=Drivers
