Can't see messages.

Hello my dear friends, so I was scripting my level as usual and I wanted to add a text when I tried to move a lever telling it's stuck.

Displaying messages has worked all the time, until I decided to switch into developers mode.

After I switched to Dev Mode, I can't see the texts anymore, not even the ones that worked before.

Anyone know how to make texts visible in Dev mode!?

Okay just discovered that not even the flashback I created wants to start. There is no voice or anything. The text isn't there too. It just goes White and then fades back into the game again, as normal.

Well, lang files cannot be readed in Dev Mode, not changing as far as I know.

This is false, since I could see them before like, a year ago. Now I can't.

There is no known solution for those who can't see lang entries in game while using a development profile. Nevertheless, only users of the Windows operating system experience this issue.

But I managed to do this with Windows 7 like a year ago... I had no problems at all :I

Then making a story is way too, well not hard but, annoying to switch between Dev Mode and regular game mode.

If "dev mode" refers to script debug mode, then it works for me. Otherwise I probably sound pretty retarded. Lemme see the script and lang

Within that time, something could have happened to your Windows 7 installation (like a complete reinstall or simply switching computers) that made this issue effect you. Not every Windows user is affected by this (and it is likely to be those who use Windows Vista or 7). You should still be able to access the debug menu from a non-development profile, though.

I am not effected by this issue (though i run Windows 7, too), which makes it very difficult to figure out the reason why it doesn't work, hence i have not been able to find a solution. Anything, therefore, i offer as a potential solution would be based off of speculation.
