Downloaded Amnesia from amazon, it's not working, please help!

Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Downloaded Amnesia from amazon, it's not working, please help!

I recently downloaded Amnesia from amazon (along with their downloading software). The game would not work, so I came to this forum and read through suggestions.

Based on one of your recommendations, I removed the main_settings.cfg file.
I then rebooted my computer and the game worked perfectly.

Tonight I tried to play again and nothing worked. I've looked through the suggestions and don't know what else to do. I'm not the most computer literate person, so I apologize if I missed something.

Please help. Thank you.

Also, here is this thing...does this make sense to anyone?
