Hi Guys,

I've recently got Amnesia TDD from Steam and I face a severe issue with a mouse navigation: mouse does not turn left by more that ~90 degrees. In other words, I can turn around rightwards/clockwise (cw looking from the top) without problems, but turning left/counterclockwise is restricted to a small angle, which makes gaming almost impossible. A workaround or a patch would be appreciated.

Machine:
Kubuntu 13.04, 3.8.0-23-generic, x64
CPU Intel i7-2640M
Graphics: Intel HD3000 (integrated with CPU)

From glxinfo:
OpenGL vendor string: Intel Open Source Technology Center
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel® Sandybridge Mobile
OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 9.1.4

I can provide extra information if needed. Just let me know what you need.

Does this happen in windowed mode and fullscreen mode?
Also, does this happen if you run amnesia outside of steam?
I seem to recall reading another report about this and it ended up being some issue caused by KDE's window manager.

OK, good point! A problem seems to happen in 1 out of 4: a fullscreen with steam. A windowed mode with steam is fine and in both ways (full&windowed) of running without steam is also fine.

BTW, I have noticed the same problem in Penumbra today. However, I did not see the option to make it in the window. Once again, it does not work with steam but works running in standalone. Both cases are fullscreen here.
