Map glitch

I started creating a map in the middle of the area/room. As I constructed my map half off it was deleted or turned invisible. I tried placing an object where it was and it disappeared but I could still move it. I also tried selecting it and loading the map again but it was still the same.

This has never happened to me before so I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have pressed the "clip planes" button at the bottom of the editor. Make sure you take them off, just keep pressing the "-" button until there is no number.
