Static Object as Entity?

Hey, I would like to add an static object in my level. The problem is, that it should be inactive, so that I can switch it into active. There is no function that let's me set it, too. So, does anyone know a solution?

Greetings,
Xroph

Create an entity with that mesh.

Today I dreamt the life I could live forever. You only know that when you feel it for you know not what you like until you've experienced it.
