I made a dungeon map, and you get lots of tinderboxes since you don't have to waste your oil, and I made torches on the wall. and when The player light them up I want them to light kinda of far away, but how do you do that or you can't? because when I tired lighting one, it's still dark it just lights a little bit that i can't even see. It's like a small circle of light on the floor only. can I make a torch light much more when i light it with a tinderbox?

You need to add a pointlight that's weaker but have greater radius. Keep doing this to mimic light bouncing.
