Only text and sound will load, no actual graphics

I tried loading and playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs, but every time i load the game it only shows the title and menu options, i go to play and all i get is a white circle and the ambiance sounds.

after trouble shooting, same result. Only text and sounds will load.
64 bit OS

You are using Intel HD graphics which are not supported. Try updating to the latest version from intel.com using the have disk method as mentioned at the graphics card troubleshooting guide.
