Maya HELP

I am trying to use a 3d model I downloaded in Amnesia. I exported it in Maya and it looked fine. When I go to the modelviewer it shows the model but it's purple. Now when I save it as a .ent and use it in my level it's still purple and it's huge.

What am I doing wrong?

I am using Maya 2015

RE: Maya HELP

I'm not sure, but i guess the only maya working is Maya 2010 or 2011...
About the color, it has to do with maya, you missed a step.
Wait please for someone who knows more about it.
Might check google \ amnesia \ maya??

RE: Maya HELP

I actually think most versions of Maya are working now. I heard the Collada plugin updated to support them.

RE: Maya HELP

i have no idea about the colour but with the size you just have to resize the imported mesh in the model editor before creating its body and saving the entity.

RE: Maya HELP

Oh yeah, actually, if the model appears huge, delete the .msh file, then reopen it in the Model Viewer to regenerate a new one. Not sure why this happens, but for me, the first msh file is often inaccurate.

Could you show a screen shot of the issue? Perhaps even upload your model so we can take a closer look.
