I don't see a problem in this being the final chapter. It looks completely normal, and it's really amazing how the guy have been making the games so quick, with a story that makes sense.

I believe the different behaviours require a bit more than 10 lines + the extra random behaviours.

But what you said is actually what makes it good. It's very simple! The idea is simple, the gameplay is simple, yet it's both challenging, frustrating and exciting...

I admit I'm a fucking bitch when it comes actually playing the damn things, the dread and nail-biting gameplay, I cant barely play it for 3 minutes. The story is pretty interesting but I prefer if the first one was just left alone and had no ghost/paranormal shit going on just killer A.I and the decrease of sanity and upcoming madness sounds just as solid to me. Also the games are cheap but I highly doubt they just take 10 codes of line to make.
