In Requiem level 4 I believe in the sewer or canal whatever you call them I can't figure out how to get any where I've already shot out the boxes and barrels and walked across them to second switch now I figure you're supposed to get that battery some how. How? I don't know

You need to turn the valve right next to those 3 big canals (what ever, they look like prison cells or something).

Then the battery will come down.

Ok I would love to turn the valve, I can't get up on the walkway to do it. Is there a ladder that I'm missing?

Hmm... If I remember correctly you had to walk on those metal grills and if you face a broken one, you just need to jump over it and after some time you come right next to the valve.

Start from the grills next to the room you began the level.

I honestly had no idea what to do in that room. I just kept placing boxes in the water and trying to jump from place to place and pull all the switches until the exit was open. Took me about forty minutes and I still don't completely understand after this explanation.

Well I guess what you're saying is just keep at it and somethin g will break. I'm not quite sure what to think about the cartoon though I mean it's.... well you know better than I do. Well I'll let you know how it turns out.

That cartoon is my sig. It's something Basque about Nevada, but it's funnier looking without knowing the translation so I won't tell you.

Anyway yeah that puzzle really kinda didn't mean anything to me.
