Playing on PS4 and just left Theta, followed the power lines outside omicron to the pump room, push the red button, turn the valves and turn on the pump, but there is no handle to flush. Stuck in the room. Re-loaded older save and tried again, same thing. Game is currently unplayable.

I got this bug as well. Try reloading from an earlier save, before you get out into the sea around Omicron.

Really sorry about this! Reloading save is the only fix right now. A patch that fixes this is coming later this week.
