It's too long (Or not wide enough) and the beginning of the thumb should be closer to the other fingers, but without doubt is better than the item just floating on screen.

I think the hand looks good, but so far we only have low-resolution YouTube videos to go from. You´ll see when we get large screenshots.

I think the main problem is the texture, it doesn't look like skin, it looks like plastic.
