Penumbra Requiem Fatal Error

hi friends, I have installed penumbra requiem in files of black plague, but it doesnt works whatever I did .. it create error like ' ' Fatal error - couldn't load image 'effect_white.jpg ' ' , I looked for that file, but there is effect_white.jpg in graphic file.. I thought maybe it didnt recognize this file ? what is wrong with it ? please help, thank you
