Thanks. I have an Xtreme Music. This ini tweak is most helpful. Do you think the buffers should be raised as well?

As far as I can tell, the buffers are okay as they are. If the sound starts to glitch about (crackles, cutoffs and the like), just raise them until it stops.

I agree. But I haven't played too far, I would imagine the sound gets more intense as you go.

PLEASE HAS ANYONE FOUND A WAY TO GET THIS WORKING WITHOUT ANY BSOD!!!???

The sound quality is fantastic with this tweak.

i have been able to avoid the BSOD by simply starting a new game and not reloading any saves. It only BSOD when you load a saved game and then open a door into a new area that forces the game to load.

Please! has Frictional provided any feedback on this issue?

does this issue happen in A Machine For Pigs as well?
