Question about the Storage

Where are the 2 spare rods? I have been roaming the Storage for 20 minutes (without the Grunt finding me) and cannot find it.

in the hallway/closet that is in the large room with the chemical vats. There are 3 doors in the room IIRC, one of them has the rods in it.
