Exception_Access_Error?

Hello,
I have just recently bought Amnesia i played the demo and it was amazing, been a fan since Penumbra. But when i bought it i tried to run it and i get a game crash report that says "Exception_Access_Error", and i realy want to play this and keep in mind its not hardware or software i played the demo 2 days before i bought it.
