I can't find the redist folder.

I downloaded the tools but I cannot find the "redist" folder to unpack the editor in. I have searched in Amnesia folder itself, progam files(x86) and the "c" drive still nothing. I have the steam version if that helps.

Do I need to create a redist folder If I cannot find it? If so where do I create it?

No no.
Just unpack tools to the main folder (where Amnesia.exe is).
