Physical game?
Hello, I live in Sweden and I loved the demo version of Amnesia and would very much like to buy the full game, but I am very much against downloadable games. I want physical games with a disc and box.

Is there any way to buy the physical version of the game in Sweden?

right now there are no physical copies of the game available. perhaps sometime in the future there will be, as with Penumbra. But as of right now, it is download only. I do not know of any plans to bring it to retail.

Who in their right mind would release a boxed game in a shitty country like Sweden?

Is Sweden really a shitty country or are you just being sarcastic? Big Grin

I'm from the US and I have a generally high opinion of Sweden (well, most European countries).

Maybe because you live so far from Sweden. But don't worry - seeing the recent developments in your country you will have second Sweden in it soon (if you haven't it already)...

In my country we frighten little children with living-in-sweden stories Smile

Does that mean Russia is the only country that's good?
Only Russia has its own boxed game. Well, I need lightscribe. I'll sell Amnesia here Tongue

Hell, even in Mexico Frictional Games would make better business than in Sweden Wink

I suggest using/making a Steam account, as it is released on Steam as well. And the good thing about is that you cannot loose your copy as you just download it again and again once you delete it from your computer, and you can install it anywhere thanks to simply logging in. Smile

It's a choice. Some wants like you, some wants physical copy. Both sides have their own reasons.
