Physically stuck in map

I got wedged behind a set of armor in the torture rooms just past Agrippa. Unfortunately I then saved game and exited. Now every time I load the save I'm still stuck behind the armor and can't move. Is there any way to fix this other than restarting from the beginning?

You can load an older saved game from the main menu using the option, that I can not recall right now, but I think it is simply Load Game or something like that and you get a list of the last 20 saved games.
