Creating Custom Stories

Hello, I'm very newb to this but I was wondering how to create a custom story? I've tried searching but I couldn't find anything telling me the process of how to make one. I've downloaded the HPL Editor Suite but I don't even know where to start.

Can someone send me a link that shows the steps of how to create a custom story? Thank you

Custom stories support doesn't exist for HPL1 (aka the Penumbra Engine). If you are wanting to create a custom story for Amnesia look at the Custom Stories & Modifications Forum for Amnesia
