Agrippa's tonic is driving me nuts

I have the blood.... I put it on the burner in the lab no problem..... But when I put it in the little square hole and pull the level it magically disappears! I've done it countless time (all by not saving) is there any solution??? Or is the answer staring me right in the face?

Put the bone in the square compartment. Then close the door of the compartment and place the purified(boiled) blood under the pipe leading out of the "square hole"

i need help. i dont have the bone for agrippa's tonic, and i can't go back to the place where i can take the bone out of the fountain. i think i am stucked in the game and can't continue. but maybe there is somewhere another bone? i hope you can help me.

Try to load an earlier save?
Game has 20 save for you to choose.

Just don't do agrippa's tonic and finish the game, i think it's possible... but i don't want to spoil anything

i tried it. i went to the room where i have to put the pieces. but nothing happend. i cant go further.

In the main menu hit the Load button instead of continue.

yes it i can load many different points. but i finished now the game, without saving agrippa. who cares? xD i'm happy that i finished this game, because now i know, i don't have to scare anymore^^

You can find all the ingredients even after you get locked up in prison.

There is a new well on the top floor where you can lower the meat to get the bone with mucus.
There's some fungi that you can get the poison gland from in one of the collapsed corridors that used to lead to one of the torture areas.
There's a well with blood in the room that opened up near Agrippa. This room also has string if you didn't pick up that.

yes i know, there is a well. but i dont have meat, because i let it in the other well down, and forgot to take the bone. so its impossible for me. i have to load older saves. but i dont wanna do this. i just finnished the game without doing the tonic for agrippa.
