Ocean floor textures are flashing with SLI enabled

I followed this guide to enable SLI (2 x GTX 980 Ti) for SOMA:

Everything works except one thing: the ocean floor textures are flashing rapidly, which is really annoying. Anyone experiences the same problem?

OK, I finished the game. This problem became much more noticeable in the last location - The Ark. Kind of ruined the ending for me

Still, a great game. I wish it wasn't plagued by technical problems like this...
