I just got Penumbra: Black Plague, and I am having this problem

Probably update the drivers for the graphics card, or maybe turn off some software you have running that could interfere with the video.

I tried - Updating (Updated but no result)
Shut down programs (No result)
Going all options on low (No result)
Going all options medium / high (No result)
All resolutions (No result)
But I did try windowed game, and it worked ... but the game moved my like my granny.
Any suggestions ?

If the game was very slow in window mode your computer might not meet the requierments to play the game. Could also be that you are not using the latest version of the game.
