GWAAAR!!!!
this is SO annoying
no matter what I do the scale is to bigDodgy

Ok, so the deal is, I have 3Ds Max 9 and the collada plugin installed, I've been playing with the "Units Setup" and "System Unit Setup" to get a stable 1/1 scale between max and amnesia model editor

amnesia's models match in 3Ds max when I import them, but when I export my model, its way to huge, unless I manually scale it down by in the model editor by 0.254, which is an issue since you can't scale down animations

I'd deeply appreciate it if someone can help me fix the export scale size
here's a zip with the 3d Max dev file, and everything else you should need...

Please Help?

----/ UPDATE /----
On a side note, I have found this issue is also possible in maya, a fellow amnesia modeler has exported an animation but its 100 times larger then it should be

Yes, I'm not sure why this is happening... It would be wonderful if Frictional or "Skywolf" sheds some light on this.

They just need to add a global scale option when importing Raw collada mesh/animations

i'd like to see frictional release a "gobo" creation tool that allows you to import TGA's or DDS files, adjust the gamma and colors and then automaticly convert them to the right dimensions and DDS settings...
as some DDS tools people have might be missing a few options when compiling... like me
