HELP! ground warps!

ok so i start up the game, all's good but when i move the mouse up and down the ground seems to follow the mouse. i can actually see under the level! if someone could help me it would be much appreciated I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY

You probably have a graphics card below requirements to run the game or you have to update the drivers for the graphics card.
